You stuck with us throughout the entire home buying process and when the going got tough, you got tougher. The professionalism, knowledge and positive attitude, that you constantly displayed was refreshing and appreciated. We put our house on the market in May, accepted an offer in late June, moved out and were in our new home by the end of August! Cindy was AMAZING and with us EVERY step of the way. I had heard so much from others about the negative experiences they had with all aspects of buying and selling homes that I was really steeling myself for, at best, a challenging and trying experience. | I am writing this letter in regards to my recent experience with our realtor Cindy Mustafa. My husband and I had had our home listed with Coldwell Banker Realty for almost a year. We were building a new home and we told by Coldwell that it would be easy to sell our current home. Well obviously it was not so easy for them. We were, to say the least, extremely frustrated after several months and soon a year of nothing! We were getting very worried because our new home was almost finished and the last thing we wanted was to own two homes. My husband and I decided we needed a new realtor quickly. That same day we got a message on our answering machine from Cindy Mustafa. We decided to give her a call back and from there scheduled to meet with her in person. To be honest we didn’t think she would be able to do any better, but after meeting with her we felt much differently. She explained to us how she would market our home and brought up ideas we had never thought of. We soon realized what a poor job Coldwell had done for us. So after talking it over we decided to go with Cindy and listed with her immediately. She was so wonderful. She called us each day letting us know exactly what she was planning from a broker’s lunch to getting our home listed in numerous markets. It was so nice to be informed for once! Well exactly ten days after we listed with Cindy, we got an offer from a man moving from Michigan who saw our home in the Wall street Journal of all places!.We decided to accept his offer and the whole process went so smoothly. Cindy made it so easy for us. I was on bed rest because of complications with my pregnancy so she brought all the paperwork to our house so we were not inconvenienced. Even though the sale on our home is done, she still checks in to make sure everything is okay and has been extremely helpful answering any questions I have for her. | Finding a home is one of the most challenging and difficult decisions people can make. Abe and I had been looking for a place we could call "home" for three years. In our relentless task, we came across many real estate agents who never took the time of day to really look for what we wanted. | We enlisted Cindy's service because we were relocating to California, and bottom line, she was able to sell our house at the end of October, within three months of listing with her. Considering a fact that we started this process in August heading into off-peak season, as well as all the bad news on the economy front that began to surface in September and October and cast such a terrible pall in the housing market, I would say that is an amazing feat. She remained optimistic even when the prospect of our having to carry the house over the winter months was becoming a realistic possibility in my mind. And, when the eventual buyer did enter the picture, she worked relentlessly to remove all the impediments to close. She even agreed to pay a half of the paint allowance that the buyer had asked for.
